At Peak Fitness Training, we run a number of adventure days throughout the year. These days are usually an activity, followed by bootcamp or other fitness activity. They can be designed and run to suit your requirements. Contact us for more info
ADVENTURE FIT DAY AT MOUNT COOK
When it comes to keeping fit and healthy it’s so easy to get bored, stuck with not making progress, in need of some direction or simply in need of something a bit different and exciting than your standard gym session.
Come and join Peak Fitness and RJW Fitness for a full day of adventurous fun.
If you’re nervous about entering a gym environment, come and let us teach you different ways to stay fit in your own surroundings.
We should be able to enjoy keeping fit and active and we have the beautiful Peak District on our doorstep just waiting to be used.
THE ADVENTURE DAY WILL BE AS FOLLOWS…
A bacon sandwich and mug of coffee will kickstart the day, followed by an energetic, exciting and hilarious game of Archery Tag to get everyone’s proprioception and energy levels firing.
We will then consume even more tea and coffee before starting the first of two completely unique fitness bootcamps to get you thinking and burning energy in different ways.
After that we’ll have a nice stop for lunch before heading down to the high ropes course where we can swing, climb, jump and most importantly, laugh!
To finish the day we will have a second fitness bootcamp before firing up the pizza oven to have some homemade pizzas to top back up those energy stores.
