If you like to work in a gym enviroment, we can train at Ethro’s gym in Ashbourne. Ethro’s is fully equipped, as well as an area for functional training and cardio, all the machines are Hammer Strength and there are also powerlifting racks for those who wish to powerlift. If you are unsure about the gym environment, I can train you in your home, let me bring the gym to you. Using an effective selection of exercise equipment that will fit into the smallest living room or garden.
If you are a golfer. I can also train you in golf specific exercises, designed to increase your flexibility, strength and power to reduce your injury risk and lower your handicap.
I have my Level 2 and Level 3 personal training qualifications, Suspension training certification, Level 1 powerlifting qualifications and also Golf Fitness certification.
