Welcome to Peak Fitness Training in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. We want to help as many people as possible to get fitter, stronger and healthier.
All our PT’s have a minimum of Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications. As well as fitness and weightloss training we also offer Powerlifting coaching and have Level 1 and Level 2 Powerlifting Certifications from British Powerlifting.
If you are thinking of getting fitter or losing weight, we are here to help you. We will train you and push you to reach your potential and keep you motivated. We can work around all excuses and most injuries. We can make time and improve your diet where required. The Peak Fitness Studio is entirely for 1-2-1 personal training, we are air conditioned and you can get to choose tour own music to train to. There will never be anyone else training with you unless you bring them along. We offer people the ability to train in private, no one else looking or watching.
There are no fast fixes, there are no magic potions when it comes to your health and fitness.
The effort that you put in will be directly reflected in the way you feel. You will feel healthier and happier almost immediately and you will begin to feel stronger and have more energy.
As well as training, I can help you with diet, nutrition and supplementation.
